Ventricina Piccante is a classic Salami made from quality pork meat which is coarse ground and seasoned with pepper, ground chillies and paprika. Cured for around 60 days, Ventricina is very tasty with a delightful chilli kick which slowly develops in the mouth. It is the perfect choice for those who crave a hint of heat and a burst of flavour in every bite.
Minimum weight 75g.
Serving suggestion: Comes ready to eat, remove from fridge one hour before serving. Should just be enjoyed on its own as a zesty snack, and pairs well with cheese and olives for a gourmet antipasto platter.
