White fish predominantly comes from Peterhead market in Scotland. He also makes his own range of award-winning convenience-led ‘oven-ready’ and 'pack to pan' marinated fish dishes in recyclable trays.

He specialises in wild caught fish and seafood using low impact fishing methods. Sebastian supplies ethical businesses with a hugh range of products, being big enough to deliver but small enough to be flexible.
