Owner Sebastian Candelon took over The Fresh Fish Shop in 2007 and has been recognised as a Master Fishmonger for his expertise and dedication to the trade. He specialises in wild caught fish and seafood using low impact fishing methods. Sebastian supplies ethical businesses with a hugh range of products, being big enough to deliver but small enough to be flexible.
