Our haddock fillet is caught in the pristine waters off the Scottish coast and is usually landed in Peterhead Market, which was recently awarded as a responsible fishing port.

Our Haddock is landed and delivered to us within 24 hours to ensure its superior quality.

We cut and pack larger fillets to make nicely sized, flaky portions. Haddock is a white fish, very flaky and very versatile in terms of cooking options.

We loved a breaded or battered fillet for a home fish & chips, or a baked mediterranean style recipe.
