Our Weekly Market Holstein Rose Veal is supplied by Alternative Meats who have been working with farmers since early 2003 to help promote Rosé Veal from the UK's most popular dairy breed to their customers.

Head Butcher Rachel says, "Eating our British Rose Veal is to enjoy a quality, tasty and tender meat and provide farmers with a good return thereby encouraging them to utilise their dairy bull calves, a previously wasted resource."

*Please note some Rose Veal products will arrive frozen and can be used or put straight in the freezer.
