These Mangalitza Pork Chops are best sellers because they are chunky, well marbled and completely delicious! Alternative Meats have been butchering these amazing Mangalitza pigs in the style of a beef animal due to their immense size and muscle formation, but when they were asked for pork chops the results were stunning. You can griddle or grill your chop, or cook it in the oven and collect the fat and re-use it for yummy roasted vegetables.

Our Weekly Market Mangalitza Pork is reared by Lisa Hodgson of Otterburn Mangalitza, North Yorkshire and butchered by Rachel Godwin at Alternative Meats.
Rachel says, "We produce delicious, tender, succulent Mangalitza pork from Lisa's incredible Pedigree Mangalitza pigs who live a long and happy life in wonderful surroundings. The pigs reach their ‘prime’ at 2 years of age gaining marbling akin to Wagyu, and building up a fantastic flavour. Managlitza meat is so different to an industrially produced pig (which can be ‘ready’ at just 4 months old), it is dark, marbled and juicy with an unbeatable taste."
