Look at these beauties! And if you haven’t tried Mangalitza yet, then you’re in for a real treat if you want to start off simply with the sausages and black pudding … what an amazing combination breakfast these will provide!
The sausages are very “rustic” looking, thick and chunky, and the flavour is very subtly enhanced with the addition of organic spices and black pepper. We love them! There are four to five sausages in a pack, and they are delicious as a breakfast sausage or for a more refined supper dish.

Our Weekly Market Mangalitza Pork is reared by Lisa Hodgson of Otterburn Mangalitza, North Yorkshire and butchered by Rachel Godwin at Alternative Meats.
Rachel says, "We produce delicious, tender, succulent Mangalitza pork from Lisa's incredible Pedigree Mangalitza pigs who live a long and happy life in wonderful surroundings. The pigs reach their ‘prime’ at 2 years of age gaining marbling akin to Wagyu, and building up a fantastic flavour. Managlitza meat is so different to an industrially produced pig (which can be ‘ready’ at just 4 months old), it is dark, marbled and juicy with an unbeatable taste."
