Following a better heather honey harvest for Northumberland Honey in 2019 they now have a good number of Heather Sparkling Mead from this year.
With the time taken to produce (around 2 years) coupled with the popularity of the Heather Sparkling we don't anticipate the Heather Sparkling Mead being around for long!
The new release will also be in a standard shape bottle which is the same as the new Wildflower Sparkling Mead.
