A perfect way to buy a selection of seasonal grass fed lamb, the Half Lamb box includes:

1 Whole Leg
1 Whole Shoulder
Rolled Breast
Chops
Neck Slices

The average weight for half a lamb is 10-12kg bone in, the only bone removed is from the rib cage averaging 2kg.

If you require the leg or shoulder to be cut into two joints, then please make a note in the delivery details at checkout.
