Our oven ready rabbits are supplied by Cartmel Valley Game whose expert butchers skin and prepare each rabbit so that they are oven ready straight out of the box. These wild oven ready rabbits are succlent, tender and delicious and best cooked in the oven on a bed of chopped vegetables. Lean and full of protein and vitamins.
Our Weekly Market Wild Game is from Cartmel Valley Game & Smokehouse, a family run business established in 1994 by Jonathan & Susan Stott who still run it along with their daughter Georgina.
