An impressive centrepiece. Chris sources his Whole Scottish Salmon from "Bakkafrost" a Faroese company which farms salmon in the waters of the Faroe Islands and Scotland. Known for its superior flavor and texture, the salmon is raised in the cold, pristine waters of the North Atlantic, where strong currents and low stocking densities create ideal conditions for healthy fish.
Bakkafrost control the entire production process from feed to finished products, ensuring traceability and high quality.
