This is Welsh Wagyu Suet in a block – a very old traditional method of harvesting this gorgeous product and presenting it for culinary use which goes back centuries. It is packed and frozen down in 250g bags and can be shaved or sliced into the quantity required.

Ideal for sweet or savoury pastry or those special dumplings.
