Mains: Alternative Meats Heritage Breed Chateaubriand (Serves 2 Box), this prized cut is the jewel of the fillet and the ultimate sharing steak or Heritage Breed Fillet Steak (Serves 1 Box), plenty for a Dad with a good appetite. Served with roast charlotte potatoes, seasonal asparagus, and delicious Hawkshead Relish Beetroot & Horseradish Chutney.
Cheese: Courtyard Dairy St Andrew's Cheddar is classically Scottish in style: aged for 14 months, it is powerful, strong and tangy – a real sharp traditional Cheddar. Sparkenhoe Blue – a cheese of its own: mellow blue, with dense-fudgy texture, and a savoury finish.
