All Weald Smokery salmon is reared for them on the west coast of Scotland, where the cold water produces strong, healthy fish with firm, even-textured flesh.
Cold-smoked over local oak chippings in our traditional brick kilns, the fish takes on a delicate colour and subtle, smoky flavour.
100g - Suitable for 2 people as a starter or 1 as a main course.
200g - Suitable for 3 people as a starter or 2 as a main course. (As shown).
