Made only on years in which we deem the weather to be suitable, our Pinot Noir is an ethereal wine. Light ruby-red in colour, it's bursting with cranberry, cherry and strawberry notes and hints of violet. Grown on heavy clay soils like much of the best Pinot Noirs around the world, this elegant and juicy wine is great with food and great without!
