Chris's Morecambe Bay Lobster are caught by locals using sustainable lobster pots off the coast of Cumbria.
Each lobster is approx 500 grams.
Our Weekly Market Fish Merchant is Chris Saunders of The Lake District Lobster & Seafood Co. who from his thriving shop in the market town of Ulverston supplies the regions top quality hotels and restaurants with exceptionally fresh fish and seafood.
Chris says, "The Cumbrian Coastline has amazingly fresh and varied fish and seafood which myself and my staff catch locally. We also select fish of the highest quality from across the UK and Atlantic up towards the Faroe Islands. We make all our own dressed crabs and lobster in house, and deliciuos marinated fish and seafood plus fishcakes which our customers love."
