This Cheese & Wine Hamper includes:
Tunworth Camembert. Pasteurised cows’ milk. 250g.
An English Camembert good enough to make a Frenchman weep: vegetal, porcini-flavoured and intense. The Courtyard Dairy select only particular Tunworths that are more wrinkled, for a more intense flavour.
Hafod Cheddar. Unpasteurised cows’ milk, organic. 250g.
With only 65 Ayrshire cows, this clothbound Cheddar is made to a very traditional recipe, producing a cheese that is buttery and smooth, with that special Cheddar tang. At The Courtyard Dairy the best Hafod truckles are selected and further aged until 14-months old.
Young Buck. Unpasteurised cows’ milk. 250g./
An outstanding, new, raw-milk, blue cheese from Northern Ireland. Made to an interesting take on a Stilton recipe, Young Buck cheese is hand-ladled to produce a rich, lingering flavour.
An impressive debut cheese.
Quince Paste. 200g.
A classic Membrillo (Quince) paste made in Spain. A great alternative to preserves and grapes with cheese.
Water Crackers. 100g.
A neutral water cracker that is deliciously crisp and toasty. A perfect accompaniment to any cheese.
Ciello Rosso - Nero d' Avola – red wine (75cl, 13.5% abv).
Made by one of Italy's foremost biodynamic winemakers.
This classic Italian red is a medium bodied red-wine, with spicy and fruity red aromas. Supplied and selected by Buon Vino.
This product will have two weeks shelf life from the date of delivery.

Ingredients in crackers: Wheat flour, water, palm oil (from sustainable sources), salt.
Ingredients in Ciello Rosso: Contains Sulphites
Ingredients in Quince paste: quince, sugar, lemon juice, pectin, Citric Acid and Benzoic Acid. Made in an environment where mustard and nuts are used.
