A juicy leg of Jacob Lamb which the farm's butchers expertly ‘tunnel bone’ to leave the leg still complete but with the bone removed for easy carving.
The Buffalo Farm Scotch lamb and mutton is 100% grass fed and amongst the most flavoursome you will find anywhere. It is supplied either by the Munro family in Ladybank, Fife or from their own expanding flock of Jacob sheep. In the event that neither the farm nor the Munro family has any stock ready, the Scotch Lamb and Mutton will come local farmers, who farm Texel or Suffolk crosses.
