Our Weekly Market Free Range Chicken is from the fantastic Herb Fed Poultry, a family run business established in 2009 by Edward & Emma Wilkinson.
Edward says, " Our free-range birds benefit from a diverse diet enriched with over 10 varieties of fresh, locally grown herbs every week. The birds special diet, is not only nutrient rich, but it really does enhances the natural flavour of the meat, producing a ‘bird with taste’ which is why we have won almost 20 Great Taste Awards so far.”
