Our Free Range Bronze Turkeys are reared traditionally, they forage & roam across the fields of the Forest of Bowland & are fed on a natural diet of food grains, corn & straw which are totally free of artificial additives & chemicals.

The way the Turkeys are reared really shows through in the taste & texture of the meat.

Expertly prepared by hand, for superb presentation & flavour.

(Vacuum packed Giblets included)

Serves Approx. 9 – 10 people

Delivery date 22 & 23rd December 2026. You will receive tracking by email the night before delivery.

Founded by Les Salisbury in 1984, Furness Fish & Game were originally famous for supplying the Royal family with Morecambe Bay Potted Shrimps. Les's niece Clare now runs the business which she has expanded to include quality Wild Cumbrian Game and a range of fish & seafood called Fish Fanatics.
