Boned Turkey, stuffed with a Boned Duck, with a Boneless Pheasant and Partridge, filled with a pork, cranberry and apple sausage meat stuffing.
A boned out Free Range Turkey, which has been naturally reared, using old fashioned methods.
This has been stuffed with a boned Gressingham Duck and then a boned Wild Lakeland Pheasant and wild Partridge.
The whole thing is filled with a pork, cranberry and apple sausage meat stuffing.
Serves approx. 8 - 10 people
