Our “Fish Fanatics” Range is from Furness Poultry Fish & Game, a family run business established in 1984 by Les Salisbury and continues today headed up by his niece Clare Worrall. Clare says, "We go to Fleetwood Markets every day and supply the best restaurants in the Lake District with our fantastic fish, some of which is frozen at sea to be in perfect condition when our customers come to cook it."

Founded by Les Salisbury in 1984, Furness Fish & Game were originally famous for supplying the Royal family with Morecambe Bay Potted Shrimps. Les's niece Clare now runs the business which she has expanded to include quality Wild Cumbrian Game and a range of fish & seafood called Fish Fanatics.
