Barbury or Muscovy ducks are known by Chefs for their tender, tasty and sweet livers.
A very healthy addition to your diet, so it's good to add them to salads or make pates, as they are rich in proteins, minerals, and vitamins including copper, vitamin A, and nine essential amino acids!
These ducks are raised in France where they the prized breed and fed grasses, vegetable, grains and minerals.
