All anchovies are packed in 200g packs, with a drained Weight of 120g .
Ready to eat or will make a great addition to recipes including pasta dishes or on top of a pizza. Paired well with our charcuterie platters for anti pasta dishes or boards.
Keep refrigerated until date shown packet. When opened, Keep refrigerated, covered in oil for 5 days. Not suitable for freezing.

Sunflower Oil 40%, Olives filled with sweet pepper (pepper, sodium alginate, guar gum, potassium, sorbate, salt, citric acid, calcium chloride), 31-34%, Marinated Anchovy fillets with skin 26-29%, vinegar, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid.
