Free Range, Grass Fed Native Breed Tomahawk Steaks - these are HUGE!!! - (weighing approx. 1.8kg - 2.2kg)
The Tomahawk is a rib steak, with the entire rib bone left on and French trimmed to give a fabulous presentation that will certainly be remembered.
But it’s not all about the looks! Being a rib cut this steak has a fabulous flavour due to the lovely swirls of fat marbling. This cooks into the steak leaving wonderful flavour and juicy meat that won’t be forgotten any time soon.
Bramblebee Farm raise a mixture of hardy native breeds Aberdeen Angus, Beef Shorthorn, Hereford and Belted Galloways all crossed with Galloway Bulls providing you with good tasting beef, from traditional breeds.
Paul believes that it is the quality of his grass that makes his Native Breeds taste so superb, his ethos is “great, healthy grass produces delicious, healthy beef”.
The cattle are grazed through the summer on the RSPB Ouse washes at Welney Cambridgeshire where they graze the natural flood lands. Grazing on the farm contains some old pastures and clover rich grasses Bramblebee Farm try their best to use as little man made fertilisers as possible.
