A hot smoked trout and watercress square quiche (Squiche) made exclusively by Mud Pies with Alresford watercress, free-range eggs, organic cream and milk and mature cheddar cheese. A beautifully flavoured quiche for all occasions.

Ingredients (allergy advice in bold): Free-range EGG, WHEAT flour (calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), unsalted butter (MILK), Vegetable Shortening (20% Rapeseed Oil, 80% RSPO palm oil), Semi-skimmed MILK, Double Cream (MILK), ChalkStream Hot Smoked Trout (12%) (FISH), Cheddar Cheese (MILK), Watercress (2%), salt and pepper, SULPHITES.

The Squiche is despatched frozen and may arrive part thawed - please ensure that the product is fully defrosted in the refrigerator before cooking. The Squiche is not suitable for refreezing.
