The Pritchard family farm at the historic Weobley Castle, releasing their 5 week old lambs on to the Gower Salt Marshes, where wild pastures contain Samphire, Sorre and Sea Lavender producing distinctive, special meat, highly acclaimed and sort after. National Trust Fine Farm Produce Award Winners.
