These are a real delicacy as they are hard to source but due to the age of the animals they are utterly delicious. The cheek muscle must be slow-cooked in order to achieve maximum softness, as it is a working muscle.
Loved by our Chefs, when slow braised you can literally eat them with a spoon. Delicious.

Our Weekly Market Holstein Rose Veal is supplied by Alternative Meats who have been working with farmers since early 2003 to help promote Rosé Veal from the UK's most popular dairy breed to their customers.
