Our Organic Indian Cooking Sauces are wonderfully spiced to create delicious meals with fish, meat or vegetables. Suitable for Vegetarians.

Cooking suggestion:

Chicken Tikka Balti: Slice chicken breasts into 3 or 4 fillets, add a little oil to a pan, sear chicken fillets for 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Pour contents of jar over chicken, bring temperature up to a gentle simmer and cover. Simmer gently for 17 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Chickpea Tikka Balti: Heat the sauce in a pan or in a dish in the oven until simmering gently, add the chickpeas and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
