Our Organic Beef is from Grass Fed, Heritage Breeds that grow slowly and are reared in harmony with nature. This makes for meat with real depth of flavour. Offal is a natural source of Iron and Vitamin B. The burgers are made up of approximately 20% organic offal (10% Ox Kidney & 10% Ox Liver), and approximately 78% Organic minced steak and 2% seasoning.
Our Organic Offal & Beef Burgers are made to order by our butchers on the same day of dispatch, meaning you receive the freshest possible quality product.
Our organic burgers contain no preservatives or colouring, so please eat within 5 days or freeze on day of arrival.
Most burgers contain E-numbers, sulphites and emulsifiers but this goes against our ethos of natural, clean, healthy 100% grass-fed organic meat so ours are preservative free.
