Hogget is the word used to describe a lamb in its second spring or summer – so aged between one and two years.

While still tender, a hogget’s extra feeding time on pasture allows it to develop a flavour that is richer and fuller than lambs.

This Half Hogget Box includes:

  • 1 Whole Leg
  • 1 Whole Shoulder
  • Rolled Breast
  • Chops
  • Neck Slices

The average weight for half a hogget is 12-13kg bone in, the only bone removed is from the rib cage averaging 2-3kg.

If you require the leg or shoulder to be cut into two joints, then please make a note in the delivery details at checkout.

Delivery timescales approximately 7-10 days.
