A tray of oven ready glazed free range pork ribs, with choice of glazing:
- Garlic Butter
- Louisiana BBQ
- Sweet Chilli & Lime
Cook in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180°C.
Ingredients (Garlic Butter): Pork ribs, wheat flour,(contains: calcium, iron, niacin, thiamine), garlic powder, salt, flavour enhancer : monosodiumglutamate, dried rubbed parsley, modified maize starch, ground turmeric, thickener (guar gum), rapeseed oil, paprika extract, colour (caramel powder), flavouring (butter).
Ingredients (Louisiana BBQ): Pork ribs, sugar, salt, dextrose, maize starch, acidity regulator (sodium diacetate), flavour (hydrolized vegetable protein(soya, maize, colour (sulphite-ammonia caramel), salt, maltodextrin, flavour enhancer (monosodiumglutamate)), modified maize starch, tomato powder, chilli powder, smoke flavour, ground allspice, onion powder, ground paprika, colour (caramel powder), citric acid, thickener (guar gum), garlic powder, ground black pepper, anti caking agent (silicon dioxide), paprika extract, smoke oil (sunflower oil, hickory smoke extract), ground cinnamon.
Ingredients (Sweet Chilli & Lime): Pork ribs, sugar, salt, wheat flour (contains: calcium, iron, niacin, thiamine), tomato powder, garam masala (ground coriander, ground cassia, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground cloves), dried minced red pepper, garlic powder, flavour (hydrolized vegetable protein (soya, maize, colour (sulphite-ammonia caramel), salt, maltodextrin, flavour enhancer (monosodiumglutamate)), chilli powder, modified maize starch, flavour enhancer (monosodiumglutamate), acidity regulator (sodium diacetate), ground paprika, citric acid, thickener (guar gum), paprika extract, anti caking agent (silicon dioxide), lime oil, colour (carmine), chilli flavour.

This means our free range pork is juicy, succulent and packed with flavour due to a rich diet and pigs being allowed to root around in the ground for natural substances and minerals. Our sows are Native Breeds, Large White and Landrace which provide marbled pork and fantastic cracking but still with a good lean, lovely big eye muscle on our pork chops, joints and bacon."
