Berwick Shellfish cook their Cod roe on arrival, it's then chilled and portioned into 550-600g pouches, keeping as much of the roe intact. Then vacuum packed & blast frozen.

A real traditional food ideally served sliced on toast or as a perfect Taramasalata. Try It, You may just love it..

Dispatched within 48 hours, and delivered by Fedex using a Next Day Service. Orders are delivered on Tuesday to Friday.
