Made exclusively with a mix of fresh and smoked trout to create an exceptional and generously sized scotch egg - perfect for picnics or a meal in itself.

Ingredients (allergy advice in bold):

Fresh trout and smoked trout (FISH), onions, leeks, parsley, horseradish, grain mustard (MUSTARD), dill, lemon, cracked black pepper, salt, breadcrumbs (WHEAT FLOUR) (calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), water, yeast, (EGG), sunflower oil.

Minimum 3 days shelf life and suitable for home freezing.

Pack contains 2 large scotch eggs.
