This unique South Downs chorizo is made by David over at Calcot Farm in Sussex, using Sussex bred free-range pork with garlic, chilli and red wine.
This is a large format salami made with chillies, spices and local pork from the South Downs, one of our bestsellers and a staple on our list for the last 8 years.
