Belted Galloway grass fed beef has been shown to contain higher levels of beneficial omega 3 and other unsaturated fats and lower levels of saturated fat than grain fed beef.
Our Weekly Market Belted Galloway Beef is farmed by Jon Watson at Yew Tree Farm, Cumbria. Supplying many michellin starred restaurants including Simon Rogan's L'Enclume, who comments "this beef is a real find for my restaurants…. amazing flavours that just can't be beaten."
