Beaujolais Blanc Dom. Les Garcons, 100% Chardonnay, Biodynamic wine, light, soft round white wine, medium acidity, subtly creamy palate with soft white fruits and flowers on the aroma, delightful.
Chardonnay in its most easiest and delicate form, light but not thin, elegant but still serious enough. The vintage is young and this wine will develop well over the next few years in bottle. For now, it bursts with natural freshness and delicate fruitiness on nose and palate.

Producer Information:
Since the start in 2022, Domaine Les Garcons has been committed to high quality natural production in the appellations of Beaujolais Villages, Beaujolais Blanc (100% Chardonnay) and Brouilly. The Domaine is now just over 7 hectares under vine all of which are certified Organic and Biodynamic. It is run by young wine makers Loïc Crespin and Fabien Pinguet.
Loic comes from a wine making family and the first 2.8 hectares of the domaine were part of his family heritage which he took on in 2018 and being a committed natural grower converted to Organic and Biodynamic viticulture. He was joined by his friend Fabien who hails from the Jura mountains in 2021.
The vines are between 30 and 100 years old and have benefitted from 7 years of natural production and are now starting to yield fantastic results with fantastic quality fruit which make classic and elegant Beaujolais Wines.
Cellar work is by definition all natural and follows the traditions of the region using Carbonic Maceration for the Beaujolais and Semi-Carbonic for the Brouilly. Maturation is in a combination of old oak barrels and tanks for Beaujolais Blanc and Brouilly and tank only for the Beaujolais villages. All wines go through Malolactic.
The Domaine's commitment to nature extends to the bottling, with a large % coming from recycled material. The labels are composed of paper made from French cherry wood and corks and capsules are from largely sustainable sources.
The wines are delicious, easy, classic and utterly moreish. The delicate Chardonnay combines beautiful texture and freshness while the Beaujolais Villages is crunchy and fruit driven whilst the Brouilly offers more weight and texture with a capacity to age. New kids on the block and doing very well already, these are wines to watch.
