VICTORIA SAUVIGNON BLANC
The grapes come from French originated vines and are harvested by hand in the vineyards on the Eocene hills of eastern Friuli. The wine is dry with a pale straw yellow color with citrine reflections. It presents a bouquet with a balanced aroma of sage, fresh pepper, asparagus and mint. Long and persistent taste with notes of white peach.
Grilled fish, especially oily fish such as sardines and mackerel, big garlicky prawns and chargrilled squid. They also pair well with fried fish like goujons, whitebait and fish and chips and with simply grilled chicken or lamb.
