Wild Salmon Fillet Portions
Each pack contains two skin on king salmon fillet portions.
Grill them skin side down to make the skin super crispy.
One 300g pack would be enough to serve two good sized main meals
These are the slightly less expensive cuts from The Fish Society's superb king or chinook salmon - top quality fish imported from British Columbia. They do often contain a small bone or two.
The fillet portion is cut from closer to the tail end of the fish so it's shape is a little more tapered and it tends to be thinner. It's the same quality as the fillet steaks.
