Perfect restaurant-style whole sea bass, cleaned and descaled, ready to pop in your oven. These fish come from Turkish sea bass farms, and as Turkeys aquaculture industry began with Sea bass and Sea bream farms back in the 1970s, they have more than enough experience at getting it right!
These fish are ideal for stuffing with lemon and herbs, wrapping in foil and baking in your oven. If you want to try something a little more adventurous, maybe try using it in a salt bake?
