Unsmoked Todmorden Drycure Middle Bacon
Porcus Unsmoked Middle Bacon is traditionally dry cured. This means they take the water out not put it back in – so you get exactly what you put in the pan. They cure their bacon in their own mix of salts and sugars and allow the meat to dry so it slices with the waxy finish that crisps into the finest crackling.
The middle bacon is cut a bit thicker – because that’s the way Porcus think it should be!
