Our peat smoked salmon is made from only the finest Scottish salmon reared by the Award Winning Wester Ross Salmon Company which is the last remaining independent Scottish salmon farm. It is dry salted, then smoked for three days over peat and oakwood. The taste and texture are superb!
Whilst not officially Organic, their ‘RSPB Assured’ salmon are hand fed with no use of antibiotics, growth promoters or synthetic colourings.
