Product Details

From the seaside town of Stromness on the Orkney Islands comes this delicious dark smoked cheddar cheese. This original dark smoked cheddar is triple smoked using Island Smokery's unique blend of wood on a 14 month mature Orkney white cheddar that is produced locally from milk from Orkney cows. This results in a rich golden colour and an intense smokey flavour. The smoking process takes some of the moisture from the cheese resulting in a drier bite.

This has won many awards over the years, including Gold Award at the Royal Highland Show and a Silver Award at the World Cheese Awards back in 2012.

Shipping Facts

Orders are dispatched Tuesday and Wednesdays by courier for next day delivery. Orders made on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday will be dispatched on the following Tuesday.
