The Ogleshield British Raclette Cheese is washed in special brine every three days to attain a slightly pungent sticky rind, which softens the cheese paste and significantly intensifies its flavour.
This Ogleshield British Raclette Cheese is a cross between Montgomery's Cheddar and a French Tomme and is excellent when it comes to cooking as it melts brilliantly, we highly recommend Ogleshield Cheese as a substitute for our best-selling raclette.
