Gjetost cheese, known as Norwegian Fudge Cheese is a most unusual caramelised Norwegian cheese made with goat's milk and cow's cream. I thinks it tastes a bit like a caramac bar but with a slightly sour note. We have masses of people coming into the shop getting very excited about 'fudge cheese' when they see it. Often eaten on toast, with jam in it's home country, it's also a staple for cross country skiers! Made with cow's and goats milk. Pasteurised, goat's+cow's milk.
