The pâté is cream coloured with prominent blue veining. The cheese is inoculated with Penicillium roqueforti spores (a possible reason for the French paradox – the reason the French live so longer than the rest of us! Penicillium roqueforti fight harmful bacteria and promote gut health, but it’s in lots of blues so don’t worry, you can still eat your Stilton!). Unpasteurised.
