Diced Venison Tray
One of the most popular game meats - and deservedly so - venison is a full-flavoured red meat that works beautifully as an alternative to beef in a range of recipes.
Our diced wild venison is beautiful cooked long and slow as a melt-in-the-mouth ingredient in your favourite curry or casserole.
1. Pre-heat the oven to 150C/Gas mark 2.
2. Brown the venison in oil (and butter if desired) and add ingredients of your choice to make a casserole or curry.
3. Once everything is bubbling, transfer to the oven and cook for 2 hours.
