Chimichurri (Argentinian Style)
The word Chimichurri goes way back to 1783 and has both Spanish and Argentinian influences.
The sauce of that name came later and you’ll love this easy recipe:
Simply mix 1 finely chopped onion with 2 tbsp of chimichurri rub, 2 tbsp olive oil, 3 tbsp red wine vinegar, 2 tbsp lemon juice and 50ml water for a fabulous Chimichurri salsa-style sauce.
Use as a marinade for grilled meats, sausages or roasted veggies.
