Caviar Number 1 BaerII - 1 Tin
This caviar is produced from Baerii (also known as Siberian) sturgeon by a respected family-run Italian caviar farm.
The Fish Society have known them closely for nearly ten years. Many think baerii is similar to oscietre, but they reckon it’s closer to sevruga.
This caviar is fresh not frozen - the best before date will be at least three weeks ahead when you recieve it (and more typically eight weeks).
Caviar Number 1 is their most popular caviar line.
