Calcot Farm British Chorizo is Semi-Soft spicy salami with a good kick of heat from a blend of chillis

It is one of Great British Charcuterie's bestsellers at the shop and is perfect for any authentic charcuterie lovers out there.

David and the guys at the farm make this salami and a range of other products, using Sussex bred free-range pork with garlic, chilli and red wine just up the road from us in Steyning.

Great for eating as is and truly amazing to cook with, their go-to for cooking chorizo, perfect when crumbled into a nice chilli.
